Here is the notorious super-secret email contract...

Infinity Productions

Contract

Copyright Agreements

Infinity Productions is an all around hard working job. You will have to work very hard if you want to do something with your music. That’s what were here for, to help you get signed by a label. Complete the contract below or look over.

1). Objectives:

We will try our best to try to get you signed. If we fail we will keep working and working until it is done. We guarantee that you will get signed by a label or, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with or hard work that you have done.

2). Expenses:

Our deal is that you do not have to really pay anything. The money that you get selling your cds will be yours. But you will have to send $20 back to me for supplying your cd cases and cds.

3). Getting Signed By A Label:

When or if you get signed, you will have to fill out a release form so that you my go to your label that you have been signed to. If you do not sign to release form you will still be a part of Infinity Productions. But you don’t have to sign it if you don’t, you can still work with Infinity Productions if you would like.

4). The Work:

When I sign you, we will start making our demos. You will have to think of a name for the album, and the tracks names. You may not plagiarize an album name or tracks. Whenever we finish the first album ill will put all the tracks on a cd and in the cases and I will mail some to you for you to sell and keep for yourself. Then we will decide what labels to send them into. And so on. We will continue to make albums and continue to sell them and continue to send them into labels until u get signed or satisfied with the work you have done.

Copyright Agreements

I will make sure that no one including me will steal your tracks, album or anything that you have done in Infinity Productions. If someone does steal your work that you have done, I will sue him or her for you and I will win. There probably will be no problems but if there is I will do what I have to do to keep your work that you have done in safekeeping. If you know someone that has stolen your work you come to me and tell me who it was and like I said ill do what I have to do. I especially will not steal your work because I know that you will have worked to hard for me or someone to do that to you.

This really isn't a professional contract.

"Infinity Productions is an all around hard working job. You will have to work very hard if you want to do something with your music. That’s what were here for, to help you get signed by a label. Complete the contract below or look over."

-"we're"

"When or if you get signed, you will have to fill out a release form so that you my go to your label that you have been signed to. If you do not sign to release form you will still be a part of Infinity Productions. But you don’t have to sign it if you don’t, you can still work with Infinity Productions if you would like."

-"may" (I think thats what you meant...)

"Whenever we finish the first album ill will put all the tracks on a cd and in the cases and I will mail some to you for you to sell and keep for yourself. Then we will decide what labels to send them into. And so on. We will continue to make albums and continue to sell them and continue to send them into labels until u get signed or satisfied with the work you have done."

-Either "I will" or "I'll"
-"you"

"I will make sure that no one including me will steal your tracks, album or anything that you have done in Infinity Productions. I especially will not steal your work because I know that you will have worked to hard for me or someone to do that to you."

-"I'll"

Not to mention the various grammer mistakes.
And furthermore, your contract is the basis in which someone is likely to be "ripped off". You haven't given any specifics, i.e. where you said you would send the person some CD's for them to sell. By law, if the person signed the contact, you could send them two blank CD's and they could do nothing about it. You need to state everything.
Also, your "Copyright Agreement" is non-existant. Unless the person gets his or her music, name, CD, etc. legally copyrighted, anyone can take their work and do what they want with it. Oh, and so you know, [b]a[b] song is about $100 + to copyright.
