Flow - Personally I think TAG's flow was a little bit better..
Personals - Pfft.. neither really
Punches - TAG.. just a few.

Originality - Tag.. just thought his wasnt as played.. some of the lines anyway.
Structure - Tag.. his bars weren't all different lengths

So overall my vote goes to Tag.. his just seemed better to me, and punches, to me, really wins a battle.. and I thought TAG came harder.. so he gets my vote.
