actually...if i remember correctly when i was name banned the first two times that also happened to me...both times....what i concluded was that when u are online and u are banned u still have a hook with the IP therefore when u get online the other user name shows for a brief period of time and disappears after a while of being on.....as u might also notice...there was no posts made....
