we have to many members that bitch and drag the site down and not enough being active and following the rules and tryna make the board better...we got cats who use the board to boost up this own ego instead of tryna elevate...i guess they trying to compensate for a lack of testicular fortitude...half the cats really cant see the site for what it really is and see the inactivity...i swear a lot of cats dont think this site is inactive because the LL forum is popping off...most of the forums like open mic and audio is inactive and if you really look threw the threads cats will see that most of the post in the threads is that emcee uppin their shit or bullshit talking but no feedback...

Vets complain about How theres too many members, but basically, They ruin the site but disrespcting the members an acting like they own the site an not helping people elevate an stuff, Vets think that because they are vets, they can say, do, an disrespect whoever they want, an that is certainly not the case because its just font, an technically if vets in the pass who have left the site acted like those of today, then the ones of today wouldnt be here because they would have found another site because of how things work around here work these days, nah mean

RV doesn't have too many members, there are just too many inactive ones. And with inactive I mean, people that don't battle, don't vote, don't drop feedback...

The list of those members does include a lot of vets who feel "too good" to drop feedback or vote in battles between newbs and it's a shame in fact.

Sad situation we find ourselves in today but I don't think it's right at all to blame the amount of members for this. Because if you respect the logic, more members means more activity right? But newbs get looked down on before they get the chance to actually proof themselves.

well i guess i was write about the leadership i mean 1 mod hasn't replied to a a songs in the songs forum since feb 16th wtf...no hate just keepin it real. this is how it starts when boards fall yamean...i mean we got members talking about they not having fun...we got members PMin me and Imin me talking about most vets wont help them elevate...i just cant understand it...the members with the most post are not always the most active...yea it sound kinda off...but think about that one very carefully....activity is only good where it really matters and counts being active in the LL forus doesn't really make the board any better being active giving feedback to pieces is most important. when cats first come on the board first thing they do it look at the forum where they gonna post their pieces...and if its not popping 9/10 they will not stay or be very active.

the problem with RV is that it doesnt have enough vets that stay active......on RB....most of the old vets r still active......people here win a couple of battles....then say that their retired......and after that all they do is freepost.......and the leagues are full of no shows.....what this site needs is vets to stay around and dominate things....until....some newb gits better and challenges them.....and so on and so on......but people here just leave...or say there retired.....and no one try's to git any better at anything cause theres no vets around.....so they only have to be so good to be considered great....cuz theres no one to challenge them......and to have a good site.....everyone cant just be good at audio....or everyone cant just be good at text.......u gotta balance it out......and when it comes to crews everyone needs to be loyal and stick with there crews....cause if u dont....then what the hell is the point to a crew..............and everyone wants to be on the dream team with all the best people...but dream teams dont last.....I mean look at Crhyme Sindicate and the council...they've been on top for a long time...and have never claimed to be a dream team....and plus they actualy recruit newbs....and try to improve there abilities....in everything from text, to topical, to open mics, to audio.....these r the things that r really the problem.......
