What really is the point of a multie league?

To practice using multies?

I've read a couple of "multie" battles and i havn't found one single punch.
So..
Multie league = Topical league spin-off.

If you want to practice using multies, why not just join the topical league and use them there? Or delete the multie league, bring back a battle league and use multie's there, WHILE your elevating in text. The multie league is a perfect example of why other boards lagh at RV.

The multi league is renamed and it becomes the text league (Not saying thats the name, just what is becomes), but so that the Multi league stays going, it becomes a subforum inside the text league?

Honestly, I don't feel that the Multi League is important enough to be a whole league, but it does help people elevate and makes battles more interesting to read, so I don't want to completely kill it.

We could do that for the punchline league as well. A whole Text League, that way we can have all the leagues we want if they include text.

Why don't we close the multie league and open a battle league BUT still have multie battles as "special" matches. Would that work?

^Thank you R...but we might not need to get rid of the multi leage, as the topical league has finished. So the topical league will probably get replaced with the battle league, and the youngin's can have their multi league still.
