Yes Flow runs it. And people have been asking about this for months and always get the same response...haven't you figured it out by now? It will take place when convenient, because strobe just put it at the front of the waiting list or remove the ones in front of KORV2. But if it's really that big of a deal, then find out who had the ideas for the tournies ahead of this one, and tell them to tell strobe they don't want it anymore.
