I can cook, I learned from my dad who use to be a chef back in St Lucia.
I can cook Stake, Chicken, all types of fish !! yes I gutt and clean every thing myself,. I cooked my fist meal at the age of 8 chicken, rice and peas all my family are still alive to this day :) Its a Caribbean tradition that the boys at a very young age learn how to cook. And the enjoyment I get when I see people eating up my food is wicked. I would be a chef but I would have to take a massive pay cut it just couldn't happen. |

the only thing i can cook.. is pot noodles and microwave meals... i just nearly burnt my kitchen down making bacon n eggs :(

How the hell can you 'not' cook....... Check this.... Easy as fuck recipe for chinese chicken soup... Ingredients : 200 g Chicken breast fillets 2 Egg whites 1 teaspoon Salt 3 cups Chicken stock 1 cup Creamed Corn 1 tablespoon Cornflower 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce 2 Onions, diagonally sliced Method : Wash the chicken under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken in a food processor and process until finely chopped Add salt. Lightly beat the egg whites in a small bowl until foamy. Fold the egg whites into the chicken mince. Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add the creamed corn. Dissolve the cornflour in a little water and add to the soup, stirring until the mixture thickens. Reduce the heat and add the chicken mixture, breaking it up with a whisk. Allow to heat through, without boiling, for about 3 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the spring onion. |
