Nah it should be cool. Just change the wording of the rule. Everyone should ATTEMPT to vote on all of the top 16 battles. Basically if you don't get a punch then just PM the writer for an explanation or post in the thread that you can't decide or don't get it or whatever to show that you've attempted to follow the rule. In most cases it should be fine

Nah I disagree n' here's why. It's embarassing to pm someone and ask what their punch means cuz it makes you seem dumb. So therefore, people will vote and act like they get it when they do. I mean, I know I don't want newbie dumb shits voting on my battles. My only loss this season was a result of just dumb voting. I think this voting council would work.. what about something like, n' this is just a rough idea

And DaTrusHurtz, I just know that there are people who don't like some of the people in that list and I can't really be like "Well, these people are voting, deal with it." because if they don't think the people in the list are unbiased, it makes it kind of hard for me to justify their votes counting, know what I mean?

Well Mim, maybe we can say this rule I am proposing only applies to top 16 battles, maybe extend it to 13 or 15 people to get a few more decent heads voting, and still keep the rule where if you dont' want someone voting you can.

I mean, say I don't want 2 people out of the 15 voting, that's still 13 eligible voters which is really plenty if the voters are valid.
