Yes but on different levels..

School kid's entire world is usually based on their school life (ie: wake up, go to school each day of the week, have weekends off, holidays) they dont understand the world to the degree that someone who has enterted higher cycles (ie: being independant, paying the rent, getting married, reaching higher levels in their career, etc) would understand it. The later has experienced both..

So its not about the kind of lessons you learn, its the level of complexity your taking lessons on in a sense.

There is no point in arguing rap vs. rock on a rap board. I could go into countless details about how much talent goes into every rock song and you'd be suprised. Most people on this board have even heard good rock before. They've heard what they see on MTV and it's all shit that little 13-15 year old boys and girls get off too.
