i can prolly only hit 150 as my max....im out of shape....i smoke and drink.....i havent done anytype of physical activity for hella long..the last thing i did was play basketball and i was hurting for like a week after that......shit...lmao

and im a senior in highschool

i play'd Defencive End, Middle Linebacker, and Tight End. i was one of four iron men on the team...but that was last year. i graduated last year :(.. but i help out on the work-outs at school...so..yea. i also hold all but one record for the work-out room.(fucking pull-ups :()

Man, people need to pray I don't become a coach. I will seriously be the meanest fricking coach ever. Start off 6 laps as a warm up in under 16 minutes, drills for 30-45 minutes, then finally get to practice for 3 hours.

No one would like me, but we'd win.

If you can be in shape, you can win. How I was taught, how I live. If you can think clearly in the 4th quarter and run faster, you will win. Not to mention, that practice, is nothing. That's what I did for wrestling basically. But our drills were shorter.

We ran for 10 minutes, did drills for 20 minutes, then practiced for 2 hours. I know cheerleaders at our school run 6 laps as a warm up.

been lifting for a while...i do these olympic weight lifting competition things around my county

my 40-yard dash time is 4.5
my 20-yard dash time is 2.3
30 yard shuffle time is 1 minute and 7 seconds

yeah i play running back...they call me diesel....i want to get those strength shoes they say it will get your vertical up 10 inches and take 2 tenths of your 40 time...so my vertical would be like 40 and i would run a 4.3 if they work for me

^not sure if this is what ur on about but my bball coach at uni got me this sheos called JumpSoles and im not even lying i gained sumin like 6inches on my standing vertical leap in like 2weeks, i b dunkin n shit now like ma mofoin name is Main Event or sumin...

I max squat 500 lbs
I dont dead lift
