No marijuana is like, well, its kind of legal in denver. It's legal to have up to an ounce of it if your over 21. But just in Denver city limits. It's actually more legal in boulder though. Just because so many fucking people smoke that if the cops enforced it there would be no cops to fight crime lol. And no way are there "quite a few" cities that smoke more than Boulder. Can't always base quality on the price though, sometimes the more expensive kinds aren't necessarily the best ones. All depends on personal taste
