hmm.. this was kind of a close battle, but i'd say it went to top notch.. i wasn't really feelin some of the stuff he was sayin and it didn't really hit hard or have any good personals

Did you really make an effort on this or just threw some shit together and prayed on. your reference to herb 04 verses really becomes a great description for yours...
Honestly what's left to say he out did you with wordplay and over all rhyming man a little more effort on your part next time i can tell you can produce better then this im sure.
