You know what I find so fucking ridiculous about Superman. With the powers and abilities he possesses you can pretty much agree that he is by far one of THE MOST POWERFUL superheroes ever.

And yet all the others with lesser powers go around owning fags with raw superpowers.. whilst Superman is getting owned by Lex Luthor.

Cap's stopped dr. doom with the beyonder's powers, he stopped baron blood and helped banish all vampires from the realm. He went toe to toe with batman for hours...

What I find funny is that in the comics, Superman has got his ass beat my Batman before. I really don't like the Hulk either. Dude is always killing other superheroes in the comics.

My all time favourite superhero always has and always will be Daredevil. I prefer not to acknowledge the ass portrayal by Ben Affleck. In my mind, there has never been a true Daredevil movie.

Man. That movie was so bad. What has Ben Affleck ever been in that was good?

so, i watched Iron Man last night. It was actually a pretty good movie. I thought the plot was laid out nice....it flowed really smooth, kept you in base with the entire story of how he becomes Iron Man. N it was kinda of funny aswell.

i couldn't stop laughin when that machine kept trying to put fires out, n he's like...do that shit again and i'll donate you to a community college.

You have to take into account that acting, when it was made, and who was in it...and HOW they played those roles. Dont just base a movie on what kinda of graphics they provide.

N the only reason i love Batman Begins is due to the fact that it was GREAT story. Hands down, a GREAT story.....they explained everything in a way that wasn't boring...but got all the points across and gave a great movie/action scences through out.

I think the Dark Knight owns simply for the portrayals of each character. Two Face was way better in the Dark Knight than in Batman Forever with fucking Tommy Lee Jones playing him. Heath Ledger did a far better portrayal of the Joker than Jack Nicholson. Jack Nicholson had that laugh working, but Heath just portrayed him to be the dark, sadistic psychopath he truly is.

And Christian Bale is by far the best Batman. George Clooney sucked. Val Kilmer sucked. And Michael Keaton sucked major.

The joker's super sanity makes giving him a personality problematic. He as "super sanity" therefore he doesn't have one personality set. He's different from day to day. Therefore jack nicholson's portrayl of him was absolutely correct seeing as the joker has been interpreted that way by some of marvel's best writers.

You can't even compare their portrayals of the character. They were both going for completely different things. Both of them achieved the exact kind of character that they wanted the Joker to be. Both were great performances, but I prefer Ledgers.

Who cares how Marvel's best writer's interpreted the Joker's character because last time I checked he was property of DC Comics, not Marvel.

My whole point is that Eckhart portrayed Two Face differently, and his different portrayal in comparison to Tommy Lee Jones portrayal was better. The fact that he took a different approach to the role made it better.

I chose to not include Batman Forever and Batman and Robin, because they were some of the most terrible superhero films of all time. I agree that Batman (1989) was a good film for its time, and that Batman Returns was a good film for it's time. But with other Batman films like Begins and the Dark Knight out, they don't seem as good as they used to. Although the score for Batman (1989) is fuckin' sick. And I also chose not to include the Adam West Batman, for obvious reasons.

P.S. - The Riddler (Jim Carrey) was fucking terrible, dude. As was Two-Face (Tommy Lee).

Writers cross over from time to time. They don't always write for one universe. Plenty of marvel cross to dc to darkhorse to image all the time.
