I listen to Nas, Scarface, Tupac, Public Enemy, Run DMC, some BTNH, some Kurtis Blow..... I just pick out what I find as good.

I don't think rap is wack, I just think different strokes for different folks. Evrybody ain't the same so poeple like to listen to different styles. I concider myself a well rounded person, I give every thing a chance. I just got fortunate enought to go and cop Siruis satalite radio and they got like 15 all hip-hop channels, A underground 'backpacker' channel, where they play your Sage Frances, Necro and Demigodz and shit, They got the thug street channel where they play Saigon, Mobb Deep, early 50 cent, Sheek and shit like that, They got a channel for club shit. It's tight, and if you can't find nothing out of all that then you just don't like hip-hop. I think it's a time and place for everything, I'm chillin at the crib relaxin I'll listen to some Vakill, When I'm with my niggas I'll listen to some M.O.P, riding out on a nice day I'll pop in some U.G.K. WHen you at the club you not really tryna hear no metaphors and puchlines, yaknow. You wanna hear some shit that 'gon get them chick shakin ass. Thats what the club shit for

rap aint wack but as mind said the people makin it can be (5o cent ja fool cam'ron) but if it has feeling it aint wack to me

i mean im not gunna call rap wak cuz i mean there are some niggas out there doin their thing and being god at it. i just think people hidin wut they wanna say cuz they scared of the rep. the people that dont do it for the money are good.

Rap isn't wack!!! some of the ppl who do it make it seem that way cause they give it a bad image... People may betray rap a different way to most people do on this site includin me because they only liscen to the radio where they only play the "popular" songs voted on by people who don't know what true rap is.... if they played more of the shit that some people come up with on this site with their audio, rap would have a better image.... and people would know more what it really is....cause some people think is rap like people jus rhyming words with a beat a "bit" faster than usual.....itz fucked....
i look at rap as a way to express yourself, because you don't have to have a incredible voice to do it, like r kelly or sumin'...... maybe if more of us actually made the :effort" to get some of the underground shit out there.... liek the audios on this site... people would realise what true rap iz.... anywayz thats jus my opinion
