This whole terrorism thing is being blown out of proportion, blatantly by the media. Had the media not incited fear into the hearts of 90% of America, the current actions would not be justified (The search for weapons of mass destruction, propped governments etc etc).

So in response to your statement, It is NOT the media who support the government, but the media who cause the people to support such actions. When people are scared, they wish for protection. ^^ I never once made any outlandish statement detailing the media's support for our current administration, it's actually quite the contrary. The media bias from the left is completly dedicated to futher their own agenda, which happens to be that of the left in this country. Most these orginizations are rich beyond belief and care more about thier political agenda than the dollar. The slant is not in favor our our government as it stands today, it's in favor of a bigger all incompassing government, one with a socialist appeal. If we do not see the collapse of the USSR as one of the most recent indicators than all we have to do is look at China the DPRK. Most intellectuals are fascinated with the profinity of the "IDEA" rather than the praticality. Those who offer such a view are looked upon as too American and un romantic in thought. Either way socialism is the driving force of the political left, and it is recipricated in the media, which is owned and operated by those scoialist figures. This all comman knowledge yet most people as you seem to be are fooled by it. Please do not try to discuss such complex political agendas without having the proper representaion of fact before hand.
