its never about the artists...its the management that sets all this up...artist still rap on projecks to get capital, but it is soley their managements decision

so its irrelevant if its unbelievable if the artist can get dea, more like how accredited is his management...in this case cin's is decent, but the mixtape circuit aint as strong as the east coast than the west, come out in ny dog with that management and youll be str8
