yes it is a good post n interesting, The Source is stupid for lettin this get out, they pickt a fight with tha wrong person

...OpeY... 01-31-04 02:59 PM

^^no i would say someone was definitely afraid of gettin sued after he saw how they presented the info he gave them lol. and please... no one lost their respect for him. A couple people were mad at him and didnt understand why he would do such a thing but they were open for an explanation and an apology. No one gave a shit about the source. everyone knew they were bias. What's funny is, if u check back to my earlier posts about this topic, I said this is probably what happened. I have too much experience with recording with friends. I know how it goes. I've recorded verses of my friends callin me a cracker. No one knows whats gonna happen when everyones druck and high on the mic. It doesnt matter. Eminem still has the second biggest label out, and the biggest label, The ROC, still has full respect for the man.

Playjahrizer 02-01-04 06:08 PM

look at Dead Prez with all that 'white devil' shit . and ras kass, who claimed in an interview that the entire white race must be seen as a potential threat. some shit that eminem said when he was a kid means nothing, and i dont even like eminem.

em on the cover?

wogzta 02-02-04 02:27 AM

Timeless 02-03-04 10:06 AM

em aint racist, look i know many black rappers who call us crackers ..etc...if em sed it once he prob didnt mean that shit, its just something associated with rap, and he hears it everyday, it prob came out by accident.

Exactly.. its blown outta proportion..

That was pure bullshit, I saw this dude, and he is not the type to be writing letters like that.
Whatever, that shit is totally void, the face of the matter, the bottom line, this dude was/is a racist making racist comments.
Be as wack as you can? WTF kind of shit is that? Bullshit, sounds like someone is trying to save Em's credibility.

For some reason white folks (kids) don't understand the weight of the racist comments Em said. They seem to think those words are like calling someone a punk or a bitch. Like you can call your homie a punk or a bitch and you can kid about that. But those words have a horrible history, and it's roots are pure evil, and hateful, so you CANNOT PLAY WITH THEM.
There are thousands of ways to be WACK without racist statements.

Harlem's Finest 02-03-04 10:38 AM

In the same way.. rappers constantly use the term..
Wheras how many white artists refer to themselves with remarks, that if spoken by a different race would have this effect? None...
Its a simple mistake.. and I seriously doubt he thought back to slavery whilst speaking it..

Timeless 02-03-04 10:41 AM

i know thoses words have a horrible history....and if so why do black people say it, not all white people are rasist and i really dont think eminem is, AND MAYBE I DONT THINK THAT COZ ALL OF EMINEM'S HOMMIES ARE BLACK.
