I got it, my man 9th, saviour with calamity.

You need to select the tracks together, and do a mixdown first, then jsut click save as, simple

Or if you just wanna see what it soundslike before saving you can just click file, save mixdown as... and it will make mp3 wav whatever you select of all tracks.
