I work out 5 days a week, in the wieght room in my school
Can do 140+ push ups... And once maxed out at 310 on the bench press...

Golf is good to stay in shape. When you play those $10 courses... and hit big big drives...

^^^^Dawg, 500 crunches sounds wonderful. But, you really shouldn't have to do that many to get your abs cut up if you work the right muscles in the right order...and that is dependent on your body and body type...

I tried for ever to get a six pack by doing crunches. They never worked. So, I finally got off the floor and did knee and leg raises to work my obliques and lower abs...Now, my abs look nice...

So, all in all, I do about 6-8 different abdominal exercises to really hit my abs from all angles...that, rather than quantity, is best for building nice abs...


now I jus gotta leave this fried chicken and potato salad alone

abs are about diet. i train them just like any other muscle...like 3x15, 4x8 with weights....gotta be careful about obliques though. if they get too muscular, you'll look bulky

diet is quite important...i agree...but that's a very personal thing...I know i can eat certain things and I know which things I can't...

I knew in order to get a six pack i had to give up breads with every meal and junk food...I've done both...so now, i can eat what i want and know it ain't fuckin up my abs

my metabolism is so fucking high...i swear on everything i eat so much bullshit every single day and i never get fat...and i work out every day got weight training in school

people are like that...i'm lucky that i'm almost purely mesomorphic, which means i can eat almost any amount of any food and build muscle like it's nothing.....One M.B., where'd you get that pic of Bone? that's old school....
