Yeah....iam not all into it too much...
But i lift at least 4-5 days every week...Because iam on my High School Football team(Varsity)...At Running Back...so i have to be decaited every week because you except a running back to be strong n all...so i have a lot to look up too n all..

Up North lol...Well i go to John Harris High School in Harrisburg....but this guy i know ive meet him before "LeSean McCoy"...from Bishop Mcdevitt(The school is inside of harrisburg also) Ranked #1 in the country as a running back...only a Junior he is...got a 1000 yards in 3 games during the season...Kid is godly...lol...But for me iam a Junior n all.. i start...But iam ranked 33rd in the country ...so hopefully i get a good college n all....But iam pushin about 300lbs rite now...soo yeah...

im sure ALOT of texas running backs could run for 1000 yards in 3 games up north...against soft defenses...send him down to texas

do u remember who the number 1 high school running back in UIL history??...Cedric Benson...1st overall in texas for career rushing yards and TDs
2nd in the nations history for career rushing and 1st for career TDs...3 state championships...in west texas...against schools like permian...yes tha skool from friday nite lights

LeSean McCoy isnt even ranked on rivals 100...i saw his profile...4.4 40 is fast as shit...and he has sum good offers...but once again...rivals knows wuts up...they noticed where hes playin...he might get 1000 in 3 games up north but he b lucky to get that in a season down here...

True i agree......But critics, and sports writers up north here are sayin 60 Full Ride Scholarships is offered to him...But i do agree Texas football is better then alot of other states out there...But anyways what position you be playin?

dont work out every day...go online and look up a hypertrophy workout...you need to tear your muscles and then give them a few days to atrophy and then tear them again and etc. a hypertrophy workout will hit back hard+legs light one day, arms hard+back light one day, and legs hard+arms light one day...its the best way to get swole fast...

also if you can afford it go to GNC and get some NO2...its like 60 a bottle and youll go through about a bottle a month...youll get swole as fuck while youre on it but youll lose some of it when you go off of it. Just get like a little bit bigger than youre trying to get and then quit doing NO2 and just do maintnance workouts...

im not tryna get swole fast tho...i am but im not...cuz like 20 grand said...i wanna lift so i can keep my muscles...cuz during the football season i dont do much lifting...so if i take dat stuff then my muscles will b lost by mid-season...so im jus gonna stick with energy drinks so i recover faster....

and i work out mondays tuesday wednesdays(twice on wednesday) and fridays...but not thursdays...

nah...just hit it hard monday wednesday and friday during football season with the no2 and then do some maintenence shit maybe one or two days a week during the off season...youll get smaller but youll still be pretty swole...anyway if you wanna get into bodybuilding youre gonna have to work out during the offseason...

lol i do work out in offseason...im saying i dont work out during the season often...mayb twice a week but thas it...i hit it 5 times a week during summer...but im still in skool for 2 more weeks so im only hittin it 4 days a week
