I dont think we could ever pin point "who" actually started hip hop...cause its been around since the first slaves came to america...but i bet it was allready in africa before they even set foot in the ships....
It would off been somthign they naturally done,just like we do now, but in a more plain way/not so commercial..it would of just been a pass time to sing/rap/say words that rhyme.but none of them would of acctually label it rapping or hip hop...they wouldnt of even labeled music....fuck they had to entertain themselfs some how on the slaveships. That nigkah afrikaa is the godfather of hip hop! he was the one who acctually gave it a name and a place in modern society.
