people change...I agree with both Mad Dog and Joey Carolina on some points...crime is bad, yes, but it's been happening since the beginning of time and it won't stop now...if death itself isn't a detourant what will be?...people are going to do as they please reguardless of what the consequences may be
as for Stanley "Tookie" Williams, there was no proof that he himself killed those people, all they really had was LOTS of speculation, he wasn't involved 1st hand...which, as your Hitler example, doesn't mke it right either, but the point is HE wasn't he only person involved
and yes, race on the jur DOES play a role...back then most white people would be scared and think any big black man like that, was a damn murderer and you can't den prejudice was most likely nivolved in SOME way in this case |
