And Nos is right. Currently, Aus hip hop is booming. It has never been easier to get into the spotlight. One example is there was an underground aus hip hop group, who is now all over the radio and on the TV music shows. And there is very little competition.

Compared to America, it is so much easier to get rich off of rap in Aus.

Australians in hiphop might be booming. althought myslef i dont know any but I trust your word.

but those Australians will end up coming to America to do hiphop. as America is the main place. mostly new york.

Why would they go to america? In america there is no aus hip hop industry... They wouldnt be very popular, because US hip hop is a very closed industry.

It was even a huge breakthrough when eminem came out as one of the only white people to ever get big in hip hop over there...

And to be honest.. The australian hip hop scene even in the mainstream is way more geared towards keeping hip hop real and not selling out... So its hard to say whether our artists would ever fully intergrate...
