tupac to me is a bit overated....hes cool and all..but in hip hop and any other genre of music. there is no such thing as "the best" or "the worst".
now on the other hand....there may be the best rapper to you...or the worst rapper to you...but its not in stone anywhere personally i like jay-z...and i like tupac...but they aren't my favorite rappers...so for me myself..its safe to say they are overated |
