Hey, why do you guys call your text verses "open mics"?

Oh yeah, I realize this is a thread against topicals... But topicals are pretty dope... To make it in the real rap game you need to be able to do more than just have punchlines... ie, Canibus...

You base that on one battle you read.. there are plenty battles with very good lyrics..

only people who think topicals are wack are those that dont possess the intellectual capacity to write them

It aint topicals thats wack...

Its just a vast majority of fucking social rejects that do them that bring it down for everyone.. I write music and anything I write on a topical is shit that I would spit on a mic with no hassel..

Ofcourse I wouldnt spit them on the mic though considering the topics people come up with are pissy little meaningless phrases that make no sense even to the worst of textees that live for esoterical dumb shit written by herbs like them..
