When I did left weighs I took HMS 90 Platinum with bonded creitine and regular HMS 90 and just hit the gym 5-6 days a week 2 hours each time, only weight training and no cardio (the no cardio was a bad idea)

im bulking up. every 2 hours i have to eat as much as possible and drink mass xxx. then after that I gotta Cut it.

usually bulking is more of a 4 or 5 month bulk period,and cutting is usually about 3 months of cutting...not a 2 hour bulk and cut..just to let you know.

yeah theres a bulk period and a cut period..
just like theres a build period and a strengthen period to hockey training we build for 4 weeks, then we strengthen for 6 then we tone and do intense cardio for 4 weeks andddd thats the summer.. |
If you guys want a real workout do what me and my brother were doing for a while trust me
Find a hard surface like tile or wood, get into the start of a pushup position, and just stay in that position for 10 minutes and do that everyday or twice a day if you can, if you can do more then 10 good for you Honestly you could just do that by itself and you'd be notice the difference in your body just from a couple weeks so imagine applying it with working out Not only that but if gives you calices that last for life on ur knuckles, you'll be able to punch anything without it hurting |
^what do you mean the plank exercise, but just with closed fists instead of open palms?

basically.. we do those for our core exercises which is what that targets.... 4 minutes with about 50 - 60 pound weight vest on you does the trick... and then go from that directly to leg lifts for 4 minutes (6 inches off the ground with a 2 inch lee-way)

im done bulking. I just realised how much bulk are around my arms already so im gonna be pretty fucking big im gonna take Black powder, Pro nos and Hydroxycut. since Pro nos already helps strip fat off your stomach and arms and all.
