the Riddler as a villian, is a dope ass concept.

Carrery, i thought did a good job in the role. The movie overal sucked balls.

The Riddler would be fine in the new movie if done correctly. But like I said, Jim Carrey as the Riddler sucked mad dick. Such a bad portrayal of that character. Apparently, in the third, the Riddler is going to be Johnny Depp.

I would agree that the concept of the Riddler is good, he makes for an original villain. So yes, the Riddler in general is good. But, Jim Carrey playing the Riddler was fucking horrid. He looked fucking ridiculous, and acted fucking ridiculous.

I think I read somewhere that Xmen Orgins: Gambit is in preproduction.

Well, Gambit is in the new Wolverine Origins movie.. so if he gets a decent reception in that movie I imagine they would go forward with a movie for him.
