The bible is not judgmental. I never judged anyone, its not my job to do that. Who doesn't sin? Everyone sin's but its up to you if you want to try your best to repent from it. The things in the Bible isn't there to show us how good we can be but to show us how bad we are. i just have a quick question... Q, you are a christian than you believe that Jesus forgives you of your sins against him and the father. But also by being a christian you know that you will not be absolved from your sins unless you are TRULY sorry for your sins... and as i was tought in my 12 years of catholic school, if you repeat an action of sin than you are not TRULY sorry for that sin, and hence are not TRULY forgiven.....

i mean you can say your sorry but if you repeat the action you are not really sorry and to think you are sorry is lying to yourself, but as you would know...cant lie to god... so in fact you are not forgiven for your sins... unless you stop lying to yourself and become truly sorry for your ways.....

A true believer will sin, be contrite, but STRIVE toward being more like Christ...not boast in rebellion.

So, again, I ask...where are your assumptions coming from? I don't practice sin. But, when I do fall, I thank God that he's given us Christ who is the propitiation for our sin...by the shedding of his blood.

So you're telling me this. You have lied. You have prolly accidently stolen a pen from work or school. You have looked at a women with lust and even watched porn. And you were prolly sorry for your sin. Yet, you will always do it accidentally. You will always commit sin. Everyone sin's. You will always sin. Its impossible to not sin. God will "always" forgive you when you ask for forgiveness but truly mean it. So since you are a catholic. You know that none of your sins are forgiven because most of the sins you are sorry for will be committed again.

What gives us the right? Okay first of all. The Bible says make disciples of Jesus. What does he mean by that? Does he mean dont do anything? OR actually spread the word? Hmmmm. Only Jesus can save them. We never said we can save them. Jesus saves them, but we deliver the word and they choose to believe and accept Jesus into their life or not. What gives us the right to try to save people? Um God. Tell me this. What gives priest's the right to say "God has forgiven you." Why go to priests and ask for forgiveness when the Bible clearly states that only Jesus can forgive them and only confess TO JESUS. Not the priest. What gives catholic priests the right?

Exactly...not to mention in Matthew 23 where Jesus says "Call no man on Earth FATHER"...and the FIRST thing you say at confessional is "Bless me FATHER, for I have sinned..." hmm
