I either wack on 2pac or immortal or I write....usually your true rhyming ability comes through when you are pissed off or emotional.

I just have a ciggerette, or spark up a joint, classical music is pretty relaxing, seriously. Basicalyy anything that you enjoy will take away the anger.

But i never get angry.

I tend to break shit with my fist! Hit a wall, a door, a street sign, every now and then a person. I use the heavy bag when my angers gets out of control, I hit the bench and take out agresion on the weights. So far the only real time fix is to twist a blunt and just relax with some Badu playing in the background!

If i'm pissed in the direction of somebody like i'm contemplating punching they ass i'll talk to my sister since she is the only person that can calm me down

If i'm just mad that something happened to me i'll just watch the news, after seeing what other people around the world are going through my problems seem small
