While an interesting idea, and one that I would liek to see go through, I have my doubts pertaining to the ability to get said even up and running. Who would be in charge of it? Who would pay for renting space somewhere?

I agree...who would pay for the renting space etc etc so on and so forth. I say if one is held. We should have it on my grandma and grandpa's farm here in podunk BFE Kentucky. 176 acres of free space. Anyone say field party? Seriously though....anyone under 16-18 wouldn't be able to come cause their parents couldn't bring them(Which is probably for the best). I'd have to escort all the black people out there....I'd hate to see redneck violence.
