Got it wrong. Everyone know's Dre's a perfectionist. He wouldn't allow Rakims final album to be a bomb, so he spent a lot of time working on shit. I read he spent almost 2 months str8 on 1 track, thats when they started disagree'n cuz Dre would make him change hooks, and shit.

Plus just for the hell of it, I thought I'd mention Rakim also turned down 12 of Dj Premier's beats, not Dre. AND Also, I read Eminem did do 2 tracks with Rakim, and produced one of them.

When this album drops it will be beyond fire.....altho, it depends who does the beats.

rakim is without a doubt one of the greatest emcees ever. so yes, i will be getting his album as soon as it hits stores over here.
