^^ me too. And being able to press your own weight has nothing to do with being in shape, or physically fit. It's a measure of how strong your chest and triceps are, and not much else. Being able to run a fast mile means you are physical fit.

not really how much u can bench or how fast u can run but what ur aerobic capacity and i mean skinny little kids sometimes cant even run a mile now that means ur out of shape but my uncle who like i said weighs 325 runs in the morning and b4 bed i think 2 miles at a time so weight doesnt matter either and i think ur self confidence and ur will power has alot to do with bein in shape
