no rv has too many fans if you not battling beat it period

RV doesn't have too many members, there are just too many inactive ones. And with inactive I mean, people that don't battle, don't vote, don't drop feedback...

The list of those members does include a lot of vets who feel "too good" to drop feedback or vote in battles between newbs and it's a shame in fact.

^^^exactly...props...and when cats try to make a change and get the site up you got a few dumb ass vets talking shit...this site as potential and i wanna see it get up but i cant do it myself i new cats thats willing to get more peeps involved and holla at the admins and that type shit...shit i need some vets i guess to help

Sad situation we find ourselves in today but I don't think it's right at all to blame the amount of members for this. Because if you respect the logic, more members means more activity right? But newbs get looked down on before they get the chance to actually proof themselves.

^^^tru tru honestly it all starts off with the leadership and works it way down...most of the time if you have a weak board it means weak leadership...i wanna become a mod to the audio forum now because i think i can get that forum where it needs to be...i was just talking to one of the vets about it and he informed me that i probably wont have any possible chance of become a mod of that forum...but i'mma post for the spot anyway to see what happens hopefully he is wrong...

^Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm afraid the vet you talked to was right. The mod spots usually go to people who have been here for months and have proven they know enough concerning the matter or that they're active...

well i guess i was write about the leadership i mean 1 mod hasn't replied to a a songs in the songs forum since feb 16th wtf...no hate just keepin it real. this is how it starts when boards fall yamean...i mean we got members talking about they not having fun...we got members PMin me and Imin me talking about most vets wont help them elevate...i just cant understand it...the members with the most post are not always the most active...yea it sound kinda off...but think about that one very carefully....activity is only good where it really matters and counts being active in the LL forus doesn't really make the board any better being active giving feedback to pieces is most important. when cats first come on the board first thing they do it look at the forum where they gonna post their pieces...and if its not popping 9/10 they will not stay or be very active.

oh i get it...just because you was here longer than some1 else does not mean that the person with the most post is the best qualified for the job...most cats want mod spots just to have power on the board and thats what i'm seeing a lot of on this board...i dont see to many mods who actually really wanna get the board up...the members who really deserve the spots are those who was tryna elevate the board before they ever wanted a mod spot...i just asked for a mod spot cause i'm a lil newer then most some i know i'm considered a "newb" and this site loves bashing newbs ...i'm no newb just new to the site. picking favorites is about pickin cats you like even if they cant do the job well that is what villagepimp was tryna get at. being here for a long time is not enough to go off to get a spot so that 1 year 10 month thing irrelevent...but if he was here 1 year 10 months and tryna elevate the board thats another story
