Like i said, nas cant be touched by Jay Lyrically. But i would have to agree that Jay makes better varieties of music. I can only listen to Nas in my room wit the TV off.

Nas and jay got two different styles. You can listen to nas and feel like dude is right in the room talkin' to you. With jay he a good rapper and makes alot of upbeat songs. Both good to me. Two different styles though.

Blueprint 2 was nice...but 2.1 was better...it had some ill joints on it, but was kinda like a hodge-podge of tracks

anyway...all this "King of NY" shit is jus braggin...like sayin "IM DA BEST RAPPER" kinda ish...

Cities don't have KINGS the last time I checked...and neither do states...so. who cares!?!?!

I'm sure 50cent will come out as the "King of NY" soon

Big is doper than Pac

"...Sex with death, indulge in these women
Vision my own skeleton swimmin in eternal fire
Broads play with pentagrams in they vagina
Like the Exorcist, then they gave birth to my seeds
I beg for God's help, why they love hurtin me?
I'm your disciple, a thug certainly
I'm the N the A to the S-I-R
If I wasn't I must've been Escobar
Forty-five in my waist, starin at my reflection
In the mirror, sittin still in the chair like my conception
When everything around me got cloudy, the chair became a king's throne
My destiny found me..."

- Nas (Your the Man)

true shit.

Quit ignoring me.

Tupac is the king. Not Nas, not Jay, not Biggie. Osama comes close, but falls short to Pac.

G Deuce 12-12-05 06:51 PM

no offense, but this is just a modern day, "Who's better, Tupac or Big" thread, lol. Can we find something more constructive to talk about. Like, "How can we become better Rappers" or somethin
