I have never used/heard the term "wigger" used in regards to a white person who likes rap. I have, however, heard this term directed at white people who wear FUBU, doo rags, and wrap tin foil over their teeth and call it an "icy grill". They've also been known to pepper their speech with the "n-word" and ask kids to teach them gang handshakes.
