This league is on the right track, its just not quite there yet.

Influence is everything. If some of the bad voters u r talking about see a respected head come along, then they'll learn from them.

Personally I think you're looking at it the wrong way. Trying to bring in good heads now would bolster the league and put it on the right track. But I can see where ur coming from about it maybe not being attractive to them. Well, if u can try that'd be good anyway.
