I am compiling beats, since not many people gave any suggestions.

I will record a verse, and then pass it on to probably Phenom or JPoll to get our part done.

Then one of them will be able to pass it on to whoever wants it next...

sounds like the best thing to do. Once everyones done the just send it to the next person on the list. Everyone mixs there own shit, then passes it on.
