Lol @ one of the best schools.

steve_swagger 02-27-09 03:23 PM

i hope she didnt mean ryerson lol please tell me you werent talking about that school

C.March 02-27-09 07:07 PM

Actually the school she is referring to is UofT, or at least it should be, which is ranked in the top 25 in North America, I don't even think Ryerson made the top 100 in North America. Although each school has their own specialty, for instance, Brock which is a horrible school aside from their Wine Major and their Sports Management major both ranked top in the country. It really depends on what you take, or took.

LK is right though about U of T being rated higher than all of the other Canadian schools, I believe those schools are rated in terms of their popularity though, at least the one list I found was. UofT may be the best law school in Canada, at least in Ontario as I don't really know much about the other universities outside Ontario. Med school wise, I just don't see it being the best in even Ontario, McMaster has their health sciences program which is tops in the country I believe, which is the same thing. I thought U of T had a good business program though I haven't been there I can't really say much about it.

Either way though U of T is a great school, I was accepted into Kings College commerce at U of T which is a decent program, although Queens commerce is definitely better.

Ive been to 3 universities in the past 3 years due to hockey transactions, which sucks because I haven't been able to consistently be involved at one school, but I've been to Western, Queens, and Brock. The majority of my credits transferred through each school thankfully and I haven't paid a dime for any portion of the education including books and rent. Although I have a 4 year stint being organized in the NCAA for a hockey scholarship so I'm pretty suitcased when it comes to education.
