Don't go in expectin any club bangers' or shit like that, but damn, that kinda music just lets me zone and listen to the lyrics and the complex stories and philosophies Nas raps in his songs. Every song I like from both cds (not normal 4 me). Illmatic has better lyrics, but It Was Written has better stories and the linking of every song with the same tone and subject is straight dope
