The picking is based on personality, beef, skill, activity, what you do (text, topical, audio), etc....

It's a tournament, but you can't rely on just skill in it. That's what makes this tournament different, you also have to strategize.

Depends. For all you know, you could be on a team with a person you have beef with or is beefing with you.

Could be good:

You are on opposite teams so you could ruin their chances of winning any prizes.

Could be bad:

You are on the same team and you can get screwed over or your team loses because of you two.
