ummm no...using samples are usually from R&B songs and they're a part of the beat, not the artist saying the same thing...and that ish T.I. and Cassidy got out with Jay-Z on the hooks ain't biTing either, again...it's a part of the beat, not really shit they're saying...and in sampling it's still in the original artists voice, as well as it being listed on the credits, when da FUCK has Jay-Z listed Biggie, Tupac, Nas, Snoop, or anyone else he's used lines from on the credits of his damn CD?..NEVER...now go somewhere with your hollow hypothesis...
