I stretch in the morning, and just watch what I eat. When school starts I'm gonna have to skip breakfast, and for lunch just a balanced lunch and then go work out for 2 hours.

Monday- Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Swim
Tuesday- Calves and swimming
etc...

I eat ass much as i can for one week...right
then the next two weeks sweat and go to the gym everyday after work,
i do that off and on every month, with the last week of the month as a break

swimming is a good full body work-out, but yeah after that you stillgotta do abs...that's prolly the only part of the body swimming doesn't work...

Eat anything my parents/friends/neighbors give me....benchpress/squat/powerclean near my max everyday for football
