working out for 4 hours aint shit. Jay cutler (body builder) works out for 7 hours a day when needed. same with ronnie coleman.
|
thats cuz theyre profesional bodybuilders..
their 7 hours is the same as your 8 hours in the office place |

Steroid use is also quite constant with cutler, hes talked about it before. Working out for 7 - 8 hours a day for these people is how they goow a lot from the roids. If they didnt work out as much, all the synthetic testosterone will turn into estrogen and grow mantitties. It's been well documented that the more you work out while using steroids, the less probable it is for feminine side effects. If you want to become a body builder, by all means work out for extended periods of time... just make sure you have a professional trainer with you to guide you along as you can severely damage yourself working out for extended periods of time straining your muscles. 2 hours on a specific region of the body is a MUCH better way of working out, it allows for muscle strain but nothing extreme and dangerous. It also allows for the much needed regeneration of muscles which is needed to grow bigger and stronger. if you look at the body builders, an extreme amount of supplements is uses, most of them have round the clock trainers / chefs etc. Its kind of ridiculous but it is their profession. If you question any of what ive said.. watch "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" a documentary on steroids, steroid use, and several athletes that use this. |

I Dont wanna be a body builder but when i dont lift for a decent amount of time like 4 days or so to 5 days i lift for 4 hours to catch up. But other than that i usually lift for 2 1/2 hours and thats it.

Its a decent way to catch up but really.. if you miss a day you miss a day.. you just need to keep working and not strain yourself... doing a 4 hour workout wont help you as much as it will damage you.... you need sufficient rest periods for your muscles to grow and regenerate. I had the same mentality as you if i missed a couple days, but honestly it puts you farther back than it catches you up. |
you can now find my shit featured on Its A Rap forums... ask me anything there and i'll be on to answer..

........ its pointless to work out for 4 hours in the same session, testosterone levels drop after an hour and if youve burned up all your energy the next thing the body burns is muscle cutler and coleman and them dont lift for 7 hours a day.. they wouldnt workout 7 hours a day even if they did lifted twice a day. |
wow man. tonight i was at the gym and was doin 137 pounds on the workout where you sit down and lean forward and grab 2 handlebars and pull back and u can twist the handlebars and all. idk what the lift is called help me. But my weight i do has increased by 20 pounds in 2 days. ;)

yeah when you first start lifting or first start taking supplements you see results in strenth gain pretty quick..and after the quick jump you you hit a peak.
