Same. Just got back from a hour and a 30 Minute work out. Did Jogging for 30 minutes, and I forgot the name of the machine but it boust to help your theigh, I did 50 of those, with weights. 75 I think. And another machine for your leg, I think the back of your leg, 4 pounds, did 50 of those. Did 50 Push-ups, and 50 situps with weights of 65. Walked home. I'm about to do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups (on the floor) after I cook dinner for my family and finish eating. Then go to bed.
