Has he even been banned? Because I think that strobe would ask someone to plead their case, or notify them that they'll be banned, just in case they were offline for the whole time the issue was discussed. 'Cuz it'd be bogus if you tried to sign on and for some reason you couldn't, and you had no idea that you were banned.
