Now, let's compare another DEVELOPED country, say JAPAN:

Let's look at Canada

GDP: 714 billion

Look at the numbers, dude for a 46% in the popular vote vs. a dude no one had confidence in and got as far as he did on the strength of "anybody but Bush" voters.
