Well some of you that left I'm not surprised, and there were some that I'm actually shocked to hear hear that you're leaving. Thanks for repping hard and being loyal to this crew for so long in days where crew hoppers and crew starters plauges this site your loyalty and dedication is appreciated.
To those still here, normally what you will see after the backbone of a crew fallout is the crew itself collapses. I want to let everyone know that in no way shape or form is The Council "dead" or "dying." Obviously it comes as a huge blow theres no sense in denying this. But we will restructre what makes The Council what it is, is that it is not run by one single person. We all make decisions on who's in and who's not. Who gets cut and who moves up to The Roundtable. Thanks to those of you who are choosing to stay and stick it through this tough time, this is the diffrence of makes a great crew and a crew for the ages. And thats really what this is, thats really what is going on here, being part of The Council you are taking a place in history. No at times we will not be the illest, no we may not always be the number one crew, its just the cycle of what happens but we will be the most loyal. We will be a tight knit group of individuals dedicated to evolving and developing. See somtimes what makes a good fam is not how high you can hit, but after you fall if you can recover and get back up. On that note, if you see inactivity do somthing about it post a cut thread get people to vote. Alot of people are saying "where is Da Vinci" well I'm right here, going through some other shit right now trying to put together a rap camp in the city I live in. It's going really well but if one person is the be all and end all of this crew then we have a problem. If one person makes or breaks this family then we have a problem. This is why everyone needs to use the comments and suggestions threads, make active cut threads, push to get talent, loyalty, and active people into this crew. That is why and that is when we achiving what we set out to do. A crew run for the fam, by the fam. Were still here, and not going anywhere. So drop your links. |
