pac did not grow up a thug. he became a thug. listen to his interviews, he even says so. biggie went to a private school, he wasn't as thugged out as you may think. yes they might have both grown up in poorer settings, but they were not who they claimed to be. pac grew into it and died because of it. biggie never grew into it, but died because of it.

being real doesn't mean being gangsta. being real means being who you are, and Nelly does this. big and pac didn't. that makes nelly more real then all of them. Nelly sells lots of music, and makes good hits. His music is catchy. none of you can't deny the fact that you had a nelly song stuck in your head at one point in time.

you may hate nelly and his cheesy music, but you can't deny the facts.
