1: Both of their contracts with their original labels were up. <--the one I thought no one would guess.
2: Both of them told their label that they did NOT want to renew their deal <--fatal mistake #1
3: Both of them told their label that they were going to start their own thing, which puts their new label in direct competition with their old label <---fatal mistake #2
