whats PR?!....and the leagues that im on here on RV are both inactive and both of my opponents no showed....unfulfilled for topical in the linguistic text league and fallen. for the frontlines battle(TOPICAL)

Man, I hate that fucking excuse.

The majority of people on this site are always like, "Well I keyed that verse in 10 minutes" and shit.. so if they are doing that then 3 verses in a week should be fucking easy.

And even if you are not keying up verses, it isn't really a challenge. Even if you like to spend about an hour on a verse, that is 3 hours out of a total 168 hours for the week.

see i can write all day long but after a while the quality starts wearing thin if you force it, i dont like to key style unless i forgot about the battle
thats why my consistency dropped recently, cuz i started keystyling to make up for lack of time
so i decided to do it right or dont do it at all

nah, it can be a bit frustrating writing 3 verses a week over time. especially if you get up in the ranks and actually want to try to come with something fresh, because nowadays EVERYBODY has seen a concept before, especially on the big sites like RM and PR, so if you just key shit up your bound to get half your verse called played. i mean it's do-able and shit, but if you face hard opponents in each league it can be a bitch, plus if you have other priorties like work and school.

It is almost impossible to come fresh nowadays, practically every concept has been used in some way. The only fresh ideas come from using recent happenings in the world to form some type of punch. Otherwise, pretty much all concepts have been done on some site or have been seen on some site.

Its just a case of flipping them real nice to keep them affective.

^^word especially when you use fresh ideas...people thinks it forced..there is a new battle script you have to adapt to it...if you cant shit man you aint gonna make it...but you can come fresh its juss ten times harder...i used to write verses in 20 minutes and be fresh as hell..but now its impossible...unless u know ur opponent and shit flies to ur head with personals but even those are played....battling is harder now thats why theres less ''Great'' Battlers
